Inlook is a daily questions bot. It will message you every day, prompting for self-evaluation.

Daily questions is a simple method to change your behaviour. Give yourself questions that make you accountable in areas that matter to you. Just by answering daily, your goals will stay top of mind. It works surprisingly well.

The best questions are active and track your effort, not an outcome. Try phrasing them as “Did I do my best today to…” — what is “your best” changes each day. Pick things that matter most.
